Our ministries are given direction by three primary leadership groups. A Council of Elders gives spiritual direction and overall guidance to our ministry consistent with the vision and purpose of the church. An Operations Group is responsible for the financial operations of the church as well as for facility management and long-range planning.
A Pastoral Staff Team supervises and coordinates lay ministry organizations, groups and teams. They function as coaches, spiritual shepherds, servants and inspirational leaders to the church’s volunteer force.
