Appraisals and Plans help you evaluate and plan for living an intentional life.

Begin by completing an appraisal, which is a self-evaluation of how intentional you have been with faith at home.  You can do this by downloading the current appraisal by clicking here, or by visiting our HomePointe Center at Christ Community Church.

In light of the appraisal, the next step is to complete a plan.  Plans offer specific suggestions and resources which will help you implement a strategy for living out your faith at home over the next 4 months.  The current Plan can be downloaded here as well as found at the HomePointe Center.
