SALT exists to encourage, challenge, and nurture women called to leadership in Women's Ministries in the greater West Chester Area.

S.A.L.T. is a para-church ministry that connects women who serve in ministries to women. Our gatherings are held four times a year, in October, January, March and May. We meet in Room 214 at Christ Community Church, alternating morning and afternoon meeting times. All are invited!

S.A.L.T. has emerged from a shared vision by leaders in women's ministry almost three years ago. Today over 40 women's directors and more than 30 ministry organizations participate in S.A.L.T. Our desire is to seek wisdom from God's Word and support and fellowship from the relationships we have developed. We have been blessed by new friendships, a covering of prayer, and a connection for resources and network.
